The 2010 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon is a new vehicle that Cadillac plans to launch with dealerships in spring next year. Cadillac says it has come out with a new body design in this vehicle, in that with its compactness, the 2010 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon can be a practical alternative to bigger utility vehicles.

Based on the CTS sport sedan, and considered a sister vehicle of the CTS Coupe Concept, it was premiered at Pebble Beach, California. In elevating and updating this model's design over that of existing, traditional wagons, Cadillac believes it has established a new standard in design.

Engine
The 2010 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon's standard engine is a 3.6-liter VVT that gives out 263 horsepower and 253 lb ft of torque. A 3.6-liter; V-6, direct injection engine that has 304 horsepower and reduces emissions by 25 percent is offered as an option. It fuel economy can go up to 26 mpg on the highway.

Exteriors and interiors
Large, vertical taillamps with light-pipe technology; new 19-inch wheels; signature V-shaped deck and tailgate motif; LED lighting; hand-cut-and-sewn accents with French stitching; power-opening liftgate (via key fob or in-vehicle button); integrated roof load management system with cross bars for a seamless appearance; CHMSL integrated in subtle roof spoiler; larger available panoramic rear sunroof; streamlined instrumentation and cargo management system with adjustable in-floor containment are some of the notable design elements for this vehicle.

Some of the optional features of the 2010 Cadillac CTS Sport Wagon are a 40-gigabyte internal hard drive; an all-wheel drive; a hand-cut-and-sewn interior with Sapele wood accents and pop-up navigation screen.
